Inspired by my Filipino-Chinese heritage. I would always remember the scent of tea in the air as my family would explore the variety of Chinese neighborhoods found in the Philippines. And I would notice these uncles and aunties that I call them would enjoy their tea with Pili nuts.
An observation that is then turned into a scent.
