Shipping policy


  1. Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order form. You are solely responsible for the shipping address provided.
  2. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. A tracking link will be sent to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.
  3. Shipping cost within the Philippines is PhP350.
  4. All products within the same order cannot be split and delivered to different addresses.
  5. Deliveries are made by courier Mondays to Saturdays, excluding holidays. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. The courier will contact you by SMS or Viber to confirm the date and time of delivery. Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  6. International orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. International orders may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches its destination. Neil Felipp has no control over any import duties and taxes and cannot predict the amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country. Neil Felipp will not be liable for any breach of such laws or regulations.
  7. In the event of delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, Neil Felipp will notify you via email. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties and/or force majeure events.
  8. If the package shows evidence of tampering or alteration, please do not open it. Reply to your Order Confirmation email immediately to notify us. You may also submit photographs of the tampered package for review.
  9. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will contact you to arrange a redelivery schedule. If all delivery attempts remain unsuccessful, the following procedure will apply:
    1. The product will be returned to Neil Felipp.
    2. Thirty (30) days after the product has been returned, the contract will be deemed terminated and the order cancelled.
    3. Neil Felipp will refund the amount paid, less the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs incurred. Notification of the refund and contract termination will be sent via email. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    4. If you request the product to be reshipped before the thirty (30)-day period expires, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the cost of the second delivery.
  10. Delivery is deemed complete once the product has been received at the address specified in the order form. This marks the completion of the sale.
  11. It is your responsibility to inspect the condition of the delivered product upon receipt. Returns, exchanges, and refund requests will only be accepted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
